Privacy policy

• When you order: your name, email address, the items, your pickup appointment, and what you paid. We need these to confirm the order, hand over the right item, and reach you if something changes.
• When you pay: payment is handled by Stripe on Stripe’s own pages. We receive confirmation that the payment succeeded and the last four digits of the card. We never see or store your full card number.
• When you contact us: your name, email address and message, so we can reply.
• Automatically: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.

The site sets a cookie that remembers what is in your cart and how you chose to pay, for up to 14 days. Your light or dark theme choice is kept in your browser’s local storage. Neither is used to track you across other sites. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam, which may set its own cookie while you are on that page.

We do not run advertising or analytics trackers.

To process and confirm your order, send you order emails such as confirmations, pickup reminders and cancellations, arrange pickup, handle returns, answer your messages, and keep records we are required to keep for tax and accounting.

We do not send marketing email. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own purposes.

Only the services that make the shop work: Stripe for payments, Google Cloud and Firebase for hosting and storage, our email provider for order emails, and Cloudflare for spam protection on the contact form. Each handles data under its own privacy terms and only as needed to provide its service to us.

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, generally 7 years. Contact messages are kept until the matter is closed. Cart cookies expire on their own after 14 days.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it, using the Contact page. We will delete what we can; order records that we must keep for tax purposes stay until that period ends.

The shop is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it. Meaningful changes will be noted here.
